Investigation and Disciplinary Committee

This Committee is composed of 5 members, including one members of the Cabinet. It handles allegations made against the Chief Executive, Chief Financial Officer and Monitoring Officer of the Council and takes action in accordance with the Council's approved disciplinary proceduces, including negotiated settlements and suspensions and disciplinary actions short of suspension.
