Alcohol and Entertainment Licensing Committee

The Alcohol and Entertainment Licensing Committee is composed of ten members (including one cabinet member) and overseas the licensing of Bars, Clubs and Pubs along with other venues where alcohol is licensed to be served, it also overseas all gambling establishments.

The Alcohol and Licensing Sub-Committee is selected from the 10 members of the Alcohol and Entertainment Licensing Committee. It handles imposing conditions on Licences if there are police objections, unspent criminal convictions or if there is a review needed for a previously issued notice.
