Kate O'Kelly, standing for the Midhurst Division

As a long-term resident of South Harting, I have been the County Councillor for Midhurst for the last 4 years – making a difference, campaigning continually on green issues and championing local residents and issues at County Hall.

And I’m standing again in the elections on 6 May 2021.

I have been delighted to use my medical skills and experience as one of the Chichester CoVid-19 vaccinator scheme – but like many, I’ve been dismayed by this Conservative government’s handling of the pandemic.  People like the fact that Chichester Lib Dems don’t just turn up at election time.

A 2019 Secretary of State report itemises why your Conservative-led County Council needs to be replaced: broken promises, failed and axed services, a bullying culture, wasted money on vanity schemes and poor leadership. A track record of incompetence!

By contrast, the Lib Dems are fighting for a green CoVid recovery plan to get businesses and communities thriving again. We are championing more (not less!) support for older residents, vulnerable families and for young people in need. Better things ahead!

Use your vote to support me and my team. We will work hard, care, and listen.
