• create excellent, well paid jobs in new employment sites;
• develop a business hub around the new gigabyte IT project to support entrepreneurs;
• grow and support advanced, sustainable and environmentally responsible horticulture businesses; promote local marine industries;
• recognise and prepare for the fourth Industrial Revolution.  Working places and patterns will change dramatically;

In Practice

Jonathan Brown, current District Councillor for Southbourne, has worked hard to enable local artists to set up a new studio.  This will offer education and work experience opportunities for local students and graduates.
